Phyto Vitamins Review

PhytoVitamins has been promoting the concept of "Whole Food" natural vitamins for over 10 years. To they knowledge they are one of only two companies that have been talking about synthetic free, fermented free whole food vitamins for this length of time. The difference between PhytoVitamins and the only other true whole food vitamin that has been around for longer than 10 years, is that PhytoVitamins is 100% vegetarian and free from spleen, liver, bone, glands and similar animal parts.

My endless search for vegetarian vitamins has come to an abrupt end. The PhytoVitamins Multivitamin (with Iron) 90 Veg Capsules ($20.95) provides me the essential vitamins and minerals that I need. Most multi-vitamins that I've bought from the store in the past made me feel nauseated, making it unable for me to have an appetite. However, I can take these vitamins on an empty stomach with no stomachache or nausea. I love how my energy levels increased by taking these vitamins. The overall feeling after consumption is wonderful and I haven't found anything else like this on the market. My supply recently ran out, and I've noticed a difference since I have less energy now. The only thing I have a minor issue with is that you have to take 3 capsules a day, which leaves you a month supply.

Most ingredients are organic and wild crafted, with no added chemicals, fillers or synthetics. To ensure complete effectiveness this multivitamin also includes a homeopathic mineral complex. These easily absorbable mineral ingredients have been prepared in accordance with Dr. Schuessler's homeopathic guidelines. All homeopathic minerals have been potentized, repeated dilution and succussion (vibration) of the mother tincture. Also contains antioxidants from berries, turmeric, ginger and other herbs to assist the immune system. Live enzymes from spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass and many more help cleanse the blood, boost your energy and stimulate the immune system.

I noticed a difference in my hair within 3 weeks when I was taking the PhytoVitamins Hair & Nail 90 Veg Capsules ($18.95). Hair vitamins are ubiquitous in the market, but many simply do not work! I have never tried a hair vitamin product that was so effective and affordable. I honestly didn't notice a difference in my nails except that they were stronger than usual. These vitamins didn't encourage nail growth for me, but this didn't matter to me since my main focus was obtaining hair growth! My hair is a bit longer since I've been using this product. I've also noticed that these vitamins have a slight spicy taste when you first take them, which made the experience even more interesting.

These vitamins may be taken by itself or in conjunction with other hair and nail nutrients such as Omega Oils, Biotin and a Max a Min Multi Mineral Supplement.

Suitable for all age groups. A mild formula that will not interact with other medications. Safe for adults and children. Not recommended if you're pregnant.
