I've never tried out a bath tea before. Therefore, I was excited to try out the Mood Enchancing (Rosebud Lemongrass) and Rejuvenating (Peppermint Crampbark) bath teas ($18.50 each) from Lee-Lai. Bathing teas can promote a deeply satisfying, relaxing and healing bathing experience.

The Mood Enchancing turned my bath water a beautiful shade of rose petal pink, and the Rejuvenating created an earthy shade of green. Both of the bathing teas that I received were great and did as promised on their site. Each bathing tea include 90% organic dried herb blends and an essential oil blend.

Mood Enhancing Bathing Tea

Rosebuds - Delicate rosebuds will calm even the most frazzled of nerves. The scent and sight of them will delight every time. This flower helps alleviate headaches and insomnia.

Lemongrass - This herb is known for its calming effect that relieves apprehension and stress. When it's getting dark earlier, lemongrass will bring a light lemony scent that will warm you inside.

Lavender - This delightful and reliable flower will calm and soothe your senses. It also helps induce sleep on those cold and windy days.

Rejuvenating Bathing Tea

Peppermint - Not only does peppermint smell great, this minty plant does wonders for energizing and invigorating tired and sore muscles. Its scent is uplifting and exhilarating.

Cramp Bark - Just like it sounds, Cramp bark is known for its ability to relieve cramping and tension. It is also used to treat menstrual cramps.

Thyme - Thyme is commonly over-looked when it comes to therapeutic herbs. But no one can deny its ability to soften those tough spots and relieve tension.
