I couldn't imagine myself being without a good liquid eye-liner since it's the staple product to almost every look of mine. Therefore, I have tried many! Sadly, I only have a few favorites since it's hard to find a good one. Luckily, the Clarins Instant Liner ($26) has become one of my new favorites. I generally apply it on in the mornings before taking my son to school. By the time the day is about over, it almost looks just as good as when I first applied it on! The soft, foam applicator enables you to create a smooth, uninterrupted line. Also, it dries rather quickly, which I find is a plus!
