Budget Beauty

Sometimes bargain makeup can rival the best of the best beauty brands out there. You'll find top quality make-up at e.l.f. Cosmetics at the fraction of the price that you'll normally pay for studio makeup and mineral makeup. Their prices start at $1 and you'll find looks that are suitable for the runway to everyday! Personally, I've never tried out this brand, but I've honestly never heard anyone say anything bad about this brand.

I love using make-up palettes from time to time, because they enable me to spice up my make-up routine when I want to shy away from the norm (usually just liquid eyeliner, tinted lip gloss, and a tad blush for me these days). e.l.f. Cosmetics recently introduced their limited edition e.l.f. Studio 85-Piece Complete the Look Palette, which includes 60 Eyeshadow Colors, 3 Blushes, 20 Lip Colors, and 2 Bronzers for just $15!

Your name doesn't have to be Angelina or Rihanna to have a star-worthy pout. At $3, you can make heads turn with the e.l.f. Studio Pout Perfecter. Not only it gives you voluptuous lips, but it will instantly transform a boring lip color to a defined light reflecting glow.

Pro Tip:
Do not blend the Pout Perfecter all over the lips, as this will lose the dimensional pearl effect.

I haven't been wearing much eyeshadow lately since I've been wearing minimal make-up. However, I love wearing it when I do, especially mineral eye-shadow since it seems to have stronger staying power than other type of eyeshadow out there. The e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow is available in several different colors and is a steal at $3. With key vitamins A, B, C & E these eyeshadows hydrate and minimize the appearance of fine lines. I like that these eyeshadows aren't formulated with parabens, preservatives, or chemical dyes since I have very sensitive skin to begin with. The shades that I'm most interested in buying are Earthy, Dreamy, Smoldering, Beachy, and Angelic.
