Introducing Butter London's Lippy

Butter London has recently expanded their beauty arsenal by adding Lippy to their highly coveted line. Matching up with their new nail polish shades, Lippy ($17) is available in 5 tantalizing lip gloss shades - Primrose Hill Picnic, Snog, Trout Pout, Yummy Mummy, and Teddy Girl.

Lippy does not contain parabens, petroleum, phthalates, sulphates, or bismuth. It is currently available on Butter London's web-site, their Seattle-Tacoma International Airport flagship store, fashion boutiques, specialty retailers, and beauty apothecaries around the world.

I'm ultimately picky when it comes to choosing lip gloss shades. I carefully selected the shades that I knew that would look good on me. Therefore, I selected the Teddy Girl (a pale, retro, bubblegum pink), Yummy Mummy (a medium beige), and Primrose Hill Picnic (a happy, punchy, tropical, fuchsia pink). All of the shades compliment my skin tone, especially the Teddy Girl and Yummy Mummy. I also received the matching nail polishes, which I will be reviewing sometime soon.

Most lip glosses either have a decadent flavor/scent or no scent at all, but theirs have a floral scent, which I love! I also love that they have strong staying power. The only thing I don't love is that their lip gloss is one of the stickiest glosses I've come across so far. I hope that they reformulate their product, making it less stickier and more wearable. These shades are simply too gorgeous to be this sticky!
