TOCCA Candle Review

The Tocca name is synonymous with chic European style and old-world romanticism. Launched in 1994 with its wildly popular sari dress, the clothing and beauty brand continues to be a go-to for the perfect frock, luxurious indulgences, and sumptuous fragrances. Tocca is renowned worldwide for creating distinctive, exquisite scents with a feminine sensibility that is also reminiscent of familiar places. Each unique fragrance inspires and surprises in multiple mediums — candles, fine fragrances, and luxurious bath and body products — all of which have a precious appeal that makes these small indulgences simply irresistible.

The spiciness of ginger combined with the sweetness of rhubarb and papaya evoke the sultriness and charm of screen siren Brigitte Bardot.

I opted for the Tocca Candle in the Brigitte scent. This is my first foray into the Tocca brand, despite the familiarity of the name. I honestly haven't been this impressed with a candle for a long time! The scent is slightly dramatic with exotic and intriguing undertones. I wish I had a perfume that had the same scent. I would immediately buy it! The scent still lingers on once you're done burning the candle. I also like that it burns evenly without sputtering. While it's a small candle, it has a burn life of 60 hours.

$36 might not be considered as a budget-friendly price for some, but it's not money going up in flames, considering that it's actually a high-quality candle. I've tried many candles for much less and wasn't quite pleased with the experiences. Therefore, I don't mind shelling out that much for a candle as long as I am going to get my money's worth.
